Life is what you make of it, and these four young adults are about to take that very literally.
  Stolen away under cover of night, four unsuspecting loners are taken by a malicious vampiric source with less-than-benevolent scientific goals in mind. But, when experiments Awaken them to great new powers, they are able to not just open the doors to their own freedom, but begin to unravel a thick veil of mystery that has been put over the city as a whole. Will they live long enough to see it undone? Will they be able to navigate the path to their new strengths? And will they be able to pay the cost for their actions? They'll have to find out, and do it together.
